TRRP Commander IND™

TRRP Commander IND™ is a powerful database driven program designed to meet the technical needs and budgetary restraints of any site under the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) program. TRRP Commander IND™ is designed to automate the Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) process. TRRP Commander IND™ includes the following features and capabilities (along with many others not listed):
      • Database storage of all sites & TRRP technical data in one user friendly program
      • Three levels of secure access: administrator, manager, and project manager
      • COC-specific technical analyses and calculations throughout
      • Electronic reporting (electronic import/export) of sites with other TRRP Commander™ product users1
      • Data entry via either manual entry or electronic import from DATA Commander™
      • Multiple scenario capabilities for each site to enable different onsite and offsite PCL calculations, to optimize PCL calculations, and to easily complete sensitivity analyses
      • Preprogrammed with numerous technical defaults (most of which can be overwritten with site-specific information when available) including:
        o All current and historical TCEQ Tier 1 tables
        o COC chemical data required to perform calculations
        o Default source area sizes specified in TRRP
        o Extensive geologic and hydrogeologic parameters based on soil type
        o Default Texas background values for metals
        o Average rainfall values based on geographic location
        o Average wind speed values based on geographic location
      • All 400+ COCs currently identified by TCEQ in TRRP
      • Assessment Level Calculations
      • Automated first-tier COC screening
      • Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 PCL calculation capabilities
      • Exposure Pathway Analysis (eight standard exposure pathways in TRRP)
      • Groundwater to Surface Water and/or Sediment Pathway PCL Calculations

TRRP Commander PMZ™

TRRP Commander PMZ™ is a powerful add-on module for TRRP Commander IND™. This module is designed to automate Plume Management Zone (PMZ) calculations including Tier 2 Ground Water Modeling, Model Optimization, and Attenuation Action Level (AAL) calculations for each Chemical of Concern (COC) at each Attenuation Monitoring Point (AMP). TRRP Commander PMZ™ adds the following features and capabilities to TRRP Commander IND™ (along with others not listed):
      • Tier 2 Ground Water modeling using Domenico's ground water models
      • Ground Water model optimization as required by TRRP with multiple optimization capabilities and data/model visualization (graphs)
      • Plume Management Zone (PMZ) implementation including automated calculation of Attenuation Action Levels (AALs) for each COC at each Attenuation Monitoring Point (AMP) contemplated in the PMZ
      • Electronically imports and stores the following data:
        o Laboratory electronic data deliverables (EDDs) for soil, ground water, surface water, and sediment
        o Survey data
        o Well construction data
        o Well gauging data
      • Enables categorization of data as onsite, offsite, QA/QC, current, historical, source area, and/or delineation sampling points
      • Electronically links COC maximum and representative concentrations for all media with TRRP Commander™ products
      • Generates required APAR section 4, 5, 6, and 7 laboratory and gauging data tables including automatic incorporation of TRRP Commander™ generated PCLs
      • Generates multiple data comparison and analysis graphs such as ground water elevations versus COC concentrations, etc.
      • Export data for automated import into GIS programs

1TCEQ has purchased over 100 licenses of TRRP Commander™ to manage & review APAR submittals. TCEQ has the technical capability to accept TRRP Commander™ electronic imports.
2TRRP Commander™ products do not perform Ecological or other PCL calculations but will accept such PCLs and incorporate them automatically into the critical PCL calculations and APAR report tables as appropriate
3TRRP Commander™ products do not perform Tier 3 modeling but will accept the results of such models run externally and utilize them to calculate Tier 3 PCLs
