TRRP Commander IND™

TRRP Commander IND™ is a powerful database driven program designed to meet the technical needs and budgetary restraints of any site under the Texas Risk Reduction Program (TRRP) program. TRRP Commander IND™ is designed to automate the Affected Property Assessment Report (APAR) process and includes the following features and capabilities (along with many others not listed):

• Database storage of all sites & TRRP technical data in one user friendly program
• Three levels of secure access: administrator, manager, and project manager
• COC-specific technical analyses and calculations throughout
• Electronic reporting (electronic import/export) of sites with other TRRP Commander™ product users¹
• Data entry via either manual entry or electronic import
• Multiple scenario capabilities for each site to enable different onsite and offsite PCL calculations, to optimize PCL calculations, and to easily complete sensitivity analyses
• Preprogrammed with numerous technical defaults (most of which can be overwritten with site-specific information when available) including:
  • All current and historical TCEQ Tier 1 tables
  • COC chemical data required to perform calculations
  • Default source area sizes specified in TRRP
  • Extensive geologic and hydrogeologic parameters based on soil type
  • Default Texas background values for metals
  • Average rainfall values based on geographic location
  • Average wind speed values based on geographic location
• All 400+ COCs currently identified by TCEQ in TRRP

¹TCEQ has purchased over 100 licenses of TRRP Commander™ to manage & review APAR submittals and can accept TRRP Commander™ electronic imports.

²TRRP Commander™ does not perform Ecological or other PCL calculations, but accepts such PCLs, incorporating them into the PCL calculations and APAR report tables

³TRRP Commander™ products do not perform Tier 3 modeling, but will accept the results of such models run externally and utilize them to calculate Tier 3 PCLs
